What this wine tells us
It is the wine that has placed this winery among the leaders of quality white wines from Lanzarote. Following strict criteria in their choice of winegrowers, plantations (estates) and qualities, it is produced by seeking the most terpenic presence – dense and deep aroma caused by essential oils – which is present in some of the types of this variety. During the tasting we notice the citric flavors and hints of fennel in the nose with nuances of tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, medium-bodied with a pleasant finish. Easy to drink without being an easy wine.
Its dancing partner
It is a must with La Santa prawns from La Santa, as the striped soldier shrimp is called in Lanzarote.

The Otamendi brothers make an effort to improve the manufacturing protocol every year by means of a thorough traceability, and their oenologist (Tomás Mesa) seeks the most adequate combination of pressing and flower must (free run juice) to obtain the best product.
