What this wine tells us
Though not currently on the market, this wine earned mention here because of the course of its development, its history, and the fact that it is highly topical. Spicy touches, without barrel, a pure variety rested on the lees that is in quest of personality and respects the varietal completely. A very intense wine that should not be cooled and needs a wide glass and lots of oxygen. Full of personality, it is wrapped up in magic, which pulls it away from the commercial track. Even though it can be great with many different kinds of food and, on many different occasions, it is also very suitable just by itself, offering the opportunity to meditate on it alone.

Trivia
The result of making “green Malvasias,” that is, from grapes that are not destined for sweet wines. Jorge and Rodrigo refined the wine after various tests, until they elicited this explosion of typical character.
