BODEGA MONJE
Dragoblanco
Dry white from 100% Listán Blanco grapes
Canary Islands Protected Designation of Origin

What this wine tells us
This Listán Blanco is admirably consistent, with a very marked Monje character! The bouquet is discreet, with no exuberance, but still fine, mineral, and with hints of white, almost honeyed, fruit. On the palate, it is textbook-quality, with a well-crafted density; it is lineal or cylindrical as it passes through the mouth, without edges of verdure or acidity. Not completely dry but achieves depth.

Its dancing partner
Excellent with a sea snail salad.

Trivia
It was one of the first white wines on Tenerife to be bottled, at a time when people believed that bottling ruined the wine, as Felipe Monje tells us.
