What this wine tells us
This winery’s most original white: mineral, deep, with personality and very aromatic. Even though it has only recently been created, it has potential and is a wine that adds styles and possibilities to the infinite combinations that the islands produce. It shows roasting aromas from its time in the barrel, with tropical and herbal hints. On the palate, it is saline, flavorful, and has a balanced acidity, as well as a sound and savory structure.
Its dancing partner
Great with a traditional Canary stew.
Trivia
An original blending that we find only seldom in white wines from the Canary Islands, and as a bonus: the accidental union of these two varieties resulted in the volcanic Malvasia grape.
