What this wine tells us
Even though it is new to the Canary panorama, there is no doubt that this is one of the “essentials” of the Islands. The history of this winery vouches for it and the meticulous details entail an interesting wine that provides the market with a product line that represents the archipelago’s general character. It has very fine aromas, not excessively fragrant, and the barrel fulfills its role: fine notes of good French oak with hints of fresh pineapple and grape flowers. It is a white wine with character but doesn’t bore. A fantastic companion to many dishes.

Its dancing partner
Superb with a potato-rib-corn stew.

Trivia
This wine is the beginning of a project that searches for quality vineyards on the entire archipelago. Closely related to Vinófilos, it has its own team of sommeliers to define the product line and identity.
