RUBICON WINERY
Amalia Malvasia Seco
Dry white from volcanic Malvasia grape 100%
Lanzarote Protected Designation of Origin

What this wine tells us
A wine with the soul from La Geria. Sorted from the best Malvasias of the winery that are manipulated in stainless steel and wood containers over their own lees in order to achieve density and finesse on the palate and respect further the aromas of this variety. The nose, even though not excessively aromatic, gives off finesse and fruitiness with hints of almost syrupy pineapple and white fruit. Dry on the palate with good acidity and a not too long finish, but yet balanced.

Its dancing partner
Its a must with an appetizer of crispy fried Murray eel with Janubio salt.

Trivia
It’s the winery’s commitment to demonstrate its highest level of quality. During the final assembly the goods bear a percentage of wine that has aged in barrel. Its exclusive packaging consist of bottles designed and produced at the winery itself.
