What this wine tells us
Its color is always dark, with fine aromas of Listán, high-quality oak that is well-integrated, and delicately spicy nuances. It is potent and flavorful, with the right acidity, and needs the bottle like the grape needs the sun.

Its dancing partner
Outstanding with confit of suckling pig.
