This wine, with about 16-18 percent alcohol content, is the result of harvesting the succulent Moscatel during a night harvest that has turned into a family tradition and ritual. It has a gorgeous color that is slightly amber with a nice brilliance; the bouquet shows notes of uncooked raisins and fine hints of thyme or blossom honey, which makes it an enjoyable and evocative wine. It is best to drink cold but not freezing, since there is no strong need to cover-up the sugar.
