What this wine tells us
Very close to the Madeira-style wines. Unique and scarce, it reminds us of a time when the winery used to surprise us every year with a new wine. Very subtle bouquet, not too alcoholic, and very balanced. On the palate, it is like a caramel with nuances of cane sugar, oxidation, and wood. Long finish reminiscent of candied orange.
