What this wine tells us
The winery always tried to show that a good wine from the Canary Islands is fit to age: if you choose the right raw material, good oak barrels (with or without other foreign varietals that enrich the blend). It has a very elegant, frank, honest, typical bouquet with an outstanding intensity and no excessive oak aromas. It is full-bodied, deep, and round. The bottle polishes the sharpness, but from the beginning you notice that it is a good wine.
