BODEGAS VIÑÁTIGO
Viñátigo Vijariego
Red aged 8 months in barrel from Vijariego Negro grapes
Islas Canarias

What this wine tells us
An aromatic delicacy, a direct and very open wine from the start. It makes you fall in love with its bouquet and makes you expect that there will be even more. Licorice, vanilla, red fruit, cinnamon, sweets, dairy… a wide and delicate aromatic spectrum. Another of those fresh wines that we find so reliably in this latitude: original and full of personality, it has won over many great Spanish and international restaurants. Another wine of Viñátigo that satisfies every taste.

Its dancing partner
A must with rabbit boiled in mojo.

Trivia
It emerges as the mixture of two islands: Vijariego Negro from El Hierro and Vijariego Negro from Tenerife that, as Juan Jesús has told us, unite the potency and the minerality of El Hierro with the freshness of Northern Tenerife.
