What this wine tells us
One of the great exponents of the reds of Northern Tenerife, due to its style and enormous potency (Atlantic, but still potent), while maintaining a fine and flavorful acidity. Its ten months of aging might still be too short a time to tame this natural force. The color honors the name of the variety: a red of medium-high intensity with a nice brilliance. The aromas of this variety appear a little chewy and saline, with hints of black acid and concentrated fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and, according to the stage of the wine and its gastronomic company, sometimes leathery, but with a pleasing flavor keeps you drinking it.
