A jewel! A wine that, because of its quality and originality, should arouse consumer interest even more than it does, but that’s another question. It is an entertaining, surprising, and forthright wine. It is floral, with some hints of lime, but the most surprising aspects are the glimmers of roasting, coconut, and other aromas that are related to its aging in oak, which in this case is unique to the variety. Don’t miss it.

Trivia
According to Juan Jesús Méndez, who bases his judgment on analytic data, Gual is the most interesting of white grapes in Spain. We’ll see what the future brings; so far the results are very promising.
