BODEGA VIÑA LA GUANCHA
Viña Zanata
Dry white made from Listán Blanco (80%), Vijariego Blanco, Moscatel and Marmajuela grapes
Ycoden-Daute-Isora Protected Designation of Origin

What this wine tells us
A mirror image of tradition and of how to take advantage of the land. It stands out for its competitiveness – because it is a great value and easy to locate at any store. A discreet Listán, but not chary of aroma, with citric, mineral and spicy touches. Good acidity, crisp and full-bodied due to its cold maceration and production with lees. A commercial wine and a good representative of Listán from Northern Tenerife.

Its dancing partner
Fantastic with parrotfish boiled with pepper, vinegar and oil.

Trivia
It is worth the trip to La Guancha to get to know the winery and the old vineyard of pleached plants that are shaped into strings, with its bunches hidden under the leaves.
