What this wine tells us
One of the most recognized and recognizable wines from the archipelago. As soon as you ask about it, you find out that in 1992 the winery was already designed to produce large quantities of wine, influenced by some peninsular wines that were highly appreciated in Tenerife. It shows the fruitiest and most attractive side of Listán Negro, a varietal that works best with this kind of productions. Fruity, sweet, earthy, and typical, it is a wine that never lets you down and, served at the right temperature, is a relish for the senses.

Its dancing partner
Nicely cooled it goes very well with a good aperitif before lunchtime.

Trivia
