What this wine tells us
Its manufacturing, production, and design are taken care of in every detail and the result is one of those wines that, unpretentiously, catch the consumer’s soul because they come with a beautiful story. The bouquet is very spiced, with hints of black pepper and bay leaves, with the fruit waiting to emerge in the background, and with nuances of aging in wood. On the palate, it is heavier than other Listáns from the island and emphasizes the character of a humid and low-lying area. At the beginning of the year, it still needs some rounding up, but it always moves towards a fine, delicate, and flavorful wine.
Its dancing partner
A must with snails in sauce.
Trivia
A red surprise from Northern Gran Canaria. A wine that is so rare that its 300 bottles are consumed mostly within the region.
