What this wine tells us
Rosé wines are increasingly fashionable around the world, and the trajectory of this wine is further proof, increasing within a few years from 2,500 bottles to the almost 20,000 that are now produced. A wine that speaks of quality, style, and a certain change of tendency. It smells great, very interesting on account of the red fruit, almost like raspberry, its lacteal nuances, and appealing but not cloying sweetness. On the palate, it is pleasant, despite its 14,5% alcohol content, and very crisp; it is not an easy rosé that is looking for commercial appeal. It is a rosé that can accompany a meal perfectly.
Its dancing partner
Try it with a grilled splendid alfonsino with red mojo.
Made from Negramoll, it is an interesting version of this variety. An original and extraordinary result.
