What this wine tells us
This white from the heights is the result of great and noble viticulture on the archipelago, grapes that achieve all their potential in extreme conditions. It is fine, with good, frank, and open aromas, and with nuances of white fruit and light anise. On the palate, you detect the poor and gravely soil that gives the wine a dry, well-defined, personal, and long style, which is lasting and works well with fine food.
Its dancing partner
Wonderful with a traditional snapper casserole.
Trivia
The plot concept is what makes this an excellent wine, with grapes from one of the highest estates on the Canary Islands (between 1,400 and 1,700 meters above sea level), whose soil was first cultivated in the 1960s.
