What this wine tells us
A wine from a microplot that produces between 600 and 900 bottles a year that are gone as soon as they are for sale; aged 8 months in concrete, barrel and bottle. One of the most Atlantic wines from the Canary Islands, given its delicate freshness and refinement. A very fine wine. Its aroma is reminiscent of tea, red fruit and minerality; as well as a touch of sweet and well-integrated wood. It has a pleasant and round texture, with mature tannins and a long finish.
Its dancing partner
Exquisite with fried octopus from the region.
Trivia
Nominated as the “revelation wine” from Spain in the prestigious Guía Peñín for 2013, a special honor for the Canary Islands.
