Lanzarote Protected Designation of Origin

What this wine tells us
An unusual Moscatel style in Lanzarote, where it is more common to first dry the grapes to make raisins and then manufacture the wine and fortify it with alcohol. Rubicón Moscatel presents us with the freshest face of the Muscat grape with its characteristic aromas of lychee, yarrow, and rose water. It is fragrant and fine; the nose enamors you at first sight. It should be consumed cool, but not very cold. It leaves a moderate trace of slippery sweetness on the palate. It bears the acidity of its early harvest and lingers with the soul of the nectar in your mouth.

Its dancing partner
It’s a must with goat cheese from Lanzarote.

Trivia
The caprice of the proprietor, Germán. The wine whose formula no one can alter and which has received various national and international awards.
