Naturally sweet white from Listán Blanco and Moscatel grapes
What this wine tells us
This wine surprises with its originality, quality, and complexity. The aromatic profile reflects the fact that it didn’t age in wood, and the Moscatel (although it is the smaller component) gives off traces of its aromatic nobleness with fine aromas of peach, rose, orange, honey, and even hydrocarbon! On the palate, it shows the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, resulting in a very smooth and flavorful wine.
Its dancing partner
Very nice with almond pancakes from Vilaflor.
Trivia
It is the only sweet wine we found with this combination of varietals and, to be honest, it is worth getting to know it. We admire the risk the winery takes every year by letting the grapes turn to raisins on the vine until late November. This wine is the product of an exceptional climate.
