What this wine tells us
One of the great wines from the Canary Islands! A cult wine. If it is true that it is similar in style to the old and famous Canary wines it is no surprise that so much was written about them because there is not a single drop to waste. Its color is almost amber with a very special brilliance and spark. Its aroma gets close to the Amontillados from Jerez, but with the sweeter marks typical of these Canary latitudes, and it surrounds us with hints of nuts, honey, curry and orange zest. On the palate it combines sweetness with acidity to perfection. It is one of those wines that you take home in your mouth and in your memory.

Its dancing partner
It is a must with a high-quality aged goat cheese.

Trivia
It originates from a dry white from 1881 found in the winery and blended with ages from 1957, 1970 and 1997 since 2014, the year that the recovery of this type of wine began so future generations can continue enjoying this volcanic jewel.
