What this wine tells us
It is the result of adapting raw material to the production at the winery, which is, making the most of the grapes, the best way possible. It ages a minimum of nine months on its fine lees in the bottle, then it is disgorged manually and labeled (with the detail of adding the date of when the wine is ready to go on the market). It is discreetly aromatic, with subtle touches of apple on the palate; its carbon anhydride is smooth, with just the right presence. Ideal to drink quite cold.

It is a must with “gofio escaldado de asaduras” (toasted wheat or corn flour, cooked into a mash, with pieces of variety meats)
