BODEGA EL BORUJO
Los Loros
White aged in barrel from Gual, Marmajuelo and Albillo Criollo grapes
Valle de Güímar Protected Designation of Origin

What this wine tells us
Limited in production and difficult to find, it is the result of great work from a vineyard in Güímar. They make only about 1,300 bottles per year, which sell out quickly due to its high quality and public recognition in various competitions and publications. A combination of exquisite varieties that all maintain their salient feature, this wine is as fragrant as the Albillo, as delicate and fresh as the Gual, and as unctuous and mineral as the Marmajuelo. If you add to this the subtle touch of new and fine oak, the outcome is a succulent, well-structured wine with great potential to age and suitable for very diverse gastronomy.

Its dancing partner
Try it with a platter of fried goosefish.

Trivia
This is the personal and still developing project of Juan Francisco, who is intent on producing a great white wine from Güímar, and has succeeded admirably thus far.
